2. Preamble
The Company invites its Users to read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "Terms") carefully. The Terms apply to all Services provided by the Company to its Clients of the same category, regardless of any clauses that may appear on the Client's documents, including its general purchasing conditions.
The Terms are systematically provided to any Client who requests them. The Client must read them before making any booking. In the event of a later change to the Terms, the Client is bound by the version in force at the time of booking.

4. Services and prices
The Services covered by the Terms are those presented on the Site, offered directly by the Company or by its partner providers. Their essential characteristics are described on the corresponding pages.
The price of each service is communicated to the Client before the Booking is confirmed, in euros including all taxes (VAT included). For services whose price cannot be known in advance (events, multi-day programmes, tailor-made journeys), a detailed quote is sent to the Client.
The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. It undertakes to invoice services at the price communicated and accepted at the time of Booking. No discount that is no longer in force on the day of the Booking may be claimed.
5. Bookings
The Client may submit a Booking or quote request via the Site's forms, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email, specifying in particular the pickup location, destination, date, time, preferred vehicle and number of passengers.
The Booking is formed when the Company confirms the request in writing (email or message) and the Client accepts the price communicated. This acceptance constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
In the event of non-payment, incorrect information or any other problem relating to the Booking, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Booking until it is resolved. If the service cannot be performed, the Client is informed as soon as possible, and any sums paid for that service are refunded.
The Company may grant reductions, discounts or rebates based on the volume or regularity of Bookings, under conditions it sets.
6. Payment terms and deadlines
Unless otherwise agreed, services are payable at the time of Booking. Depending on the nature or amount of the service, the Company may require a deposit or full payment at the time of Booking or on receipt of the invoice.
Payment may be made by:
- bank transfer;
- bank card;
- cash.
In the event of total or partial non-payment by the agreed date, a Professional Client shall pay a late-payment penalty equal to the most recent refinancing rate of the European Central Bank plus 10 percentage points, together with a fixed recovery fee of 40 euros. A Consumer Client shall pay a late-payment penalty equal to the legal interest rate.
These penalties are calculated on the amount outstanding including VAT and run from the due date, without prior formal notice. No set-off may be made by the Client. If the payment terms are not respected, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the service.
7. Performance of services
Services are provided by the Company or by its partner chauffeurs. The Company deploys all the human and material resources necessary to perform the service on the agreed date and at the agreed time. It cannot be held liable for delays due to causes not attributable to it (exceptional traffic conditions, Client delay, force majeure).
If the service has not been performed within the agreed time, the Client may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions set out in Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid are then refunded no later than fourteen days after the termination of the contract. This provision does not apply where the delay is due to the Client's fault or to force majeure.
If the service could not be performed or was postponed because of an error by the Client (incorrect address, time or flight information), the travel costs incurred remain payable by the Client.
8. Consumer right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for passenger transport services and leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Bookings for transfers, chauffeur by the hour and day trips on a fixed date are therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal.
For any other services that may be concerned, the Consumer has 14 days from the Booking to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a statement to contact@lutetianchauffeur.com. The Consumer is then refunded within 14 days of receipt of the statement, using the same means of payment as for the purchase. If the service has already begun at the Consumer's express request, the value of the part already performed is deducted from the refund.
9. Personal data
The personal data provided by the Client (name, contact details, journey information) are necessary for processing the Booking, performing the service and issuing invoices. They are processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
The Client has, at any time, the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port their data, by writing to contact@lutetianchauffeur.com with proof of identity. The Client may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
10. Data sharing and protection
The Company may use service providers (partner chauffeurs, hosting provider, messaging) who only have access to the data within the limits of the task entrusted to them. The Company remains responsible for processing this data. Data are never sold to third parties.
Client information may be disclosed without prior consent where required by law, to protect a person from serious harm, to combat fraud or to protect the Company's rights.
The Company ensures a level of security appropriate and proportionate to the risks, in accordance with the GDPR. However, these measures do not constitute an obligation of result.
11. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising cookies or audience-measurement trackers. Should the Company ever use them, the User would be informed and their consent obtained beforehand, in accordance with the regulations in force.
12. Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify the Site, the Services offered and these Terms. The Client remains bound by the Terms in force at the time of their Booking.
13. Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site. It reserves the right to make it temporarily unavailable for any update or maintenance operation.
The Company cannot be held liable for delays in or non-performance of a service for reasons beyond its control, unforeseeable and irresistible, or for which it is not at fault.
14. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts, photographs and graphic design of the Site are protected by intellectual property law and belong exclusively to the Company. Any distribution, use, representation or reproduction, in part or in full, without the Company's express permission exposes its author to civil and criminal proceedings.
15. Governing law, disputes and mediation
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing that, it will be brought before the competent ordinary courts.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute, or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
16. Pre-contractual information
Before making a Booking, the Client acknowledges having received, in a legible and comprehensible manner, these Terms and the information provided for in Articles L111-1 to L111-7 of the French Consumer Code, in particular: the essential characteristics of the Services, their price, the date of performance, the identity and contact details of the Company, the legal guarantees, the possibility of using mediation and the conditions of the right of withdrawal.
Making a Booking implies full acceptance of the Terms. The Client may not rely on any conflicting document.
Last updated: September 2026. The French version of these Terms prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
