How do I book a private chauffeur?

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The price quoted is firm and all inclusive. It does not change with traffic.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible to secure your vehicle, but we do everything we can to handle urgent requests, 24/7.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (including Apple Pay via a secure online link), bank transfer, and monthly invoicing for businesses. Terms are specified on confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. The conditions for changes and cancellations are given on confirmation.

Why the name "Lutetian"?
Lutetia is the ancient Latin name of Paris. Lutetian limestone is also the pale stone the city is built from, the stone of the Louvre and the Haussmann façades. We chose this name because a great chauffeur should be like Paris: timeless, discreet and built to last. Our offers for professionals carry the "Lutece" signature.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, our chauffeurs are bilingual in French and English, and trained to welcome an international clientele.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time. Your chauffeur waits for you, stress-free.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request, in all our vehicles. Please specify the children's ages when booking.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes: business account, monthly invoicing and a dedicated contact for the travel of your staff, clients and delegations.

How many passengers can you carry?
From 1 passenger in a sedan or motorbike taxi, up to 7 in a van, 16 in a minibus, and many more in a coach or a convoy of several vehicles.
Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Yes, our sedans and vans have Wi-Fi and chargers for your devices.
